RoboCup Japan Spring Competitions in Tokyo

RoboCup Japan Spring Competitions 2002 was held at the Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation ("Miraikan") on March 23-24,2002.
More than 70 teams gathered to train for the coming world competitions of RoboCup 2002 Fukuoka, Japan. The fields were compliant to the new rules for Fukuoka; their sizes enlarged, the walls revised. The sharp kicks of a humanoid robot were performed, which triggered expectations for the first humanoid league played in Fukuoka.
Prior to these games, the local RoboCupJunior competitions were held on March 21.
