The RoboCup Federation affirms its enduring commitment to fostering a global community of research, education, learning, innovation, and ethical responsibility.

This Code of Ethics and Conduct establishes our shared principles: that technological progress must advance human welfare, mutual respect, and peaceful collaboration; that the Code addresses respectful interaction, professional integrity, societal responsibility, and clear enforcement mechanisms; and that by adopting this Code, the Federation and its members pledge to uphold integrity, inclusion, scientific and socially responsible ethics, and trust in every activity—from research and competition to education and public engagement.

This statement represents not merely a rule set, but a living declaration of our common purpose: to ensure that RoboCup continues to exemplify the very best of science, learning and teaching, creativity, and, most importantly, humanity.
