WORLD HUMANOID ROBOT GAMES SHL

The World Humanoid Robot Games is the world's first international, comprehensive science and technology sports event with humanoid robots as the primary competitors. Co-hosted by the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, China Media Group (CMG), World Robot Cooperation Organization, and RoboCup Asia-Pacific Confederation Board of Trustees, the Games brings together leading forces from around the globe in the fields of robot research, development, and application. It is dedicated to accelerating breakthroughs in humanoid robots’ physical competencies, collaborative intelligence, and scenario-based services, facilitating their faster and more effective integration into human life.

In competition events, humanoid robot athletes will demonstrate a perfect balance of strength, speed, and flexibility through traditional sports such as track and field, dance, wushu and gymnastics. For scenario-based events, robots will be tested on functionality and adaptability in real-world environments such as industrial manufacturing, family services and public emergency.

As the world’s first multidimensional humanoid robot competition encompassing “sports + art + application”, the Games adhere to the principles of fair competition, open innovation, safety control, and industrial synergy. Participating teams are encouraged to push athletic boundaries through technological innovation and to explore the infinite possibilities of human–robot coexistence through interdisciplinary collaboration.
